In general, to open an account, you will need a check or credit card with your first order to establish credit. There is a minimum order amount of one hundred dollars.

In order to fulfill governmental requirements, we will also need a copy of your business license issued by the city or county in which you live and a copy of your sales tax license issued by your state government. So, for example if you are in Joliet Illinois, you will need a business license issued by Joliet and a tax license issued by the state of Illinois.
